The “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign in Pulwama district began on August 2 and was structured in three phases. The first phase focused on educational institutions, including colleges and schools, where all stakeholders participated enthusiastically. The second phase involved Tiranga rallies organized at tehsil and block headquarters, as well as at significant locations like the Amrit Sarovar water body. Large-scale rallies were held across various locations, with two mega rallies taking place in the sub-divisions, notably in Tral, where local stakeholders, especially youth and senior citizens, participated actively. On August 12, the campaign culminated at the district headquarters with a Tiranga rally, accompanied by a Tiranga concert and an exhibition. The rally commenced at the Sports Stadium and concluded at the Government College for Women. The people of Pulwama district deserve congratulations for their active participation at every level—panchayat, block, tehsil, and sub-division—since the campaign’s inception. Today’s program saw remarkable involvement from youth, senior citizens, members of the Auqaf, and other stakeholders.Additionally, a unique initiative called “One Officer, One Rally” was introduced this year, which decentralised the Tiranga rallies, enabling nearly 400–500 officers to organise individual rallies at the panchayat and block levels. This contributed significantly to the campaign’s success. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the people of Pulwama, the police, paramilitary forces, and all departmental officers and stakeholders for making this year’s Har Ghar Tiranga campaign a resounding success.
