Cloudburst Ravages Dharamkund, Ramban: 37 Homes Damaged, Cattle Lost, Victims Shifted to Shelter We heard a loud noise when we came out we saw that the nallah was overflowing and it had wandered away from here. We saved our kids and got them away somehow but we could not pick their clothes. We could not take any other stuff. If you see me standing in the video this is where my house was. All the cattle got carried away in the flood surge. A cloudburst happened in village Dharamkund, Ramban district in Jammu & Kashmir. Around 37 residential structures were destroyed and damaged in the cloudburst, informed one official. A temple was also detroyed. The administration is doing a full survey so that whaever relief can be provided to the flood victims will be given immediately, the official assured. The flood victims have been temporarily shifted to a nearby government middle school where medical facilities and food will be provided. Afer a detail assessment from the administration, whatever help is required shall be provided to them, the administrative officials said.
