UDHAMPUR, NOVEMBER 23: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai today chaired a meeting, here in Mini Conference Hall DC Office Complex to assess the progress of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)-Urban.
Sub -Divisional Magistrate Ramnagar, Shishir Gupta, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Rafiq Ahmed Jaral, Chief Planning Officer Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar, Chief Executive Officer Amit Sharma and other officers attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the DC conducted a thorough review of the scheme’s implementation in one Municipal Council and two Municipal Committees of the district.
Emphasizing the importance of adhering to the stipulated timelines, the DC instructed officers to ensure advanced financial mobilization for non-starters and oversee the timely completion of all houses.
The meeting covered updates on the release of installments to verified beneficiaries and the expenditure incurred under the scheme.
The Deputy Commissioner issued directives to ensure strict adherence to PMAY-Urban guidelines, aiming to include all eligible beneficiaries in the district.
