Doda, March 12,2026- As part of the Bharosa Initiative, the staff of Women Police Station Doda organized an awareness programme on new criminal laws at New Era Public School, Doda. The programme aimed to sensitize students about legal rights, responsibilities, and the importance of promoting a safe and responsible society.
During the session, students were briefed on various aspects of recently enacted criminal laws and the legal measures in place to protect citizens, especially women and children. The initiative also focused on fostering awareness about cyber safety, social responsibility, and community policing.
Officials highlighted that programmes like these play a key role in educating the youth about legal processes, empowering them to make informed decisions, and contributing to overall community safety.
