Srinagar, February 26,2026 – C. P. Radhakrishnan attended the 21st convocation ceremony of University of Kashmir in Srinagar on Thursday, marking a significant academic milestone for the Union Territory. The prestigious event witnessed the presence of Omar Abdullah and Manoj Sinha, along with senior government officials, faculty members, students, and distinguished guests.
