Radhakrishnan paid floral tributes to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, at his eternal abode at Rajghat. The visit, held shortly after the oath-taking ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan, symbolized a deep reverence for Gandhian principles of truth, non-violence, and national unity, aligning with the new Vice President’s commitment to constitutional values and public service.
Accompanied by senior officials, Shri Radhakrishnan laid wreaths at the Samadhi and offered silent prayers, reflecting on Gandhi’s enduring legacy in shaping modern India.
