Jammu, November 11,2025 — The Cultural Unit of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu organised vibrant and patriotic programmes at Apsara Road and Raghunath Bazar, celebrating the timeless legacy of India’s National Song, Vande Mataram.
