An official from the University of Kashmir told Rising Kashmir, “These programs will commence in the academic session of 2025. Online applications are now being accepted from eligible candidates for admission into the 4-Year B.Tech Program.” Candidates who have previously applied can update their preferences by submitting their Application Form Number, Date of Birth, and Cell Number to modify their choices.
The introduction of these courses complements the university’s existing offerings, such as the 5-year Integrated Masters Programme in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, launched in September 2024. The move has been welcomed by students and educators, with posts on X reflecting enthusiasm for the university’s focus on future-ready disciplines. This development is expected to strengthen the University of Kashmir’s position as a leading institution for technological education in the region, fostering innovation and contributing to the nation’s technological advancement.
