Srinagar, October 17,2025: University of Kashmir recently conducted a bootcamp to enhance the startup ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir . The initiative exposed young entrepreneurs to business development, innovation, and investment strategy, which propagated a culture of youth entrepreneurship.
They went through workshops, mentorship, and networking with industry leaders and successful startup entrepreneurs throughout the bootcamp. The initiative was designed to provide young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and ability necessary to scale and grow their businesses efficiently.
The officials added that the bootcamp is in line with continued efforts to develop the startup ecosystem in J&K, encouraging innovation-driven enterprises, and generating employment opportunities for youth of J&K. KU remains at the forefront of developing entrepreneurial capacity and establishing a strong business and innovation ecosystem in the Union Territory.
