Udhampur, March 19, 2025- A bicycle rally aimed at promoting a drug-free life was organised by the Patwar Association in Udhampur. The event, which saw enthusiastic participation from community members, was flagged off by District Commissioner Saloni Rai from Jakhani Chowk.
