Jammu,November 26,2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the grand closing ceremony of the 69th National School Games-2025 organised by the Department of Youth Services & Sports (YSS) and the School Games Federation of India in Jammu. The event marked the finale of a vibrant display of sporting excellence by young athletes from across the country.
Welcoming the participants, LG Manoj Sinha applauded the exemplary performance and discipline of the students, stating that sports play a crucial role in shaping character and strengthening the nation’s social fabric. He emphasised nurturing the spirit of oneness among the youth and building a better world free of discrimination, where talent and hard work define success.
LG Sinha lauded the efforts of the organisers, coaches, and officials for ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of the national-level championship. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to upgrading sports infrastructure, expanding training avenues, and enabling school athletes to compete on national and international platforms.
The ceremony featured cultural performances, medal presentations, and a tribute to the athletes who showcased exceptional skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the games.
