Kathua , January 31,2026-The scenic hills of Sarthal, Kathua will come alive with music, culture, and winter festivities as the Sarthal Winter Festival kicks off on 8th February 2026. The festival promises a colorful celebration featuring cultural performances, traditional folklore, local cuisine, handicrafts, and live performances by renowned singers Sonali Dogra and Bishan Dass.
