Gurez is a beautiful snowy valley in district Bandipora of Jammu And Kashmir. Snow cricket is played here every winter. This year also snow cricket is being played. Our aim is that children should enjoy each bit of this activity. A winter sports festival should also be organized in Gurez which would boost its winter tourism. We are very thankful to the Indian Army who organized the cricket tournament in the name of GPL and Gurez Premier League. They engage the local youth with such sports activities so that they don’t go towards drugs. 16 teams had participated & every team played well with the team spirit
