Boniyar, October 23, 2025 – In a significant boost to the educational landscape of Uri tehsil, Education Minister Sakeena Itoo and MLA Uri Dr. Sajjad Shafi jointly inaugurated newly constructed additional accommodation at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Boniyar and laid the foundation stone for new classrooms under the SANGRA scheme. These initiatives aim to modernize learning infrastructure, enhance accessibility, and empower youth in this remote border region of Jammu & Kashmir.The event, held amidst enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and local residents, underscores the government’s unwavering commitment to bridging educational gaps in underserved areas.
