Locals expressed gratitude to the Rotary Club and the Army, highlighting how the facility will not only boost employment opportunities for the youth but also encourage tourism in North Kashmir. Taxi operators and community leaders underlined that the stand will serve as a secure and organised point for visitors, further connecting Trehgam to mainstream economic activities.

Rotary Club representatives reiterated their commitment to social empowerment projects in Kashmir, calling this step a milestone in nation-building efforts.
The Trehgam Taxi Stand now stands as a shining example of how collective action can turn a place once tied to militancy into a beacon of peace, livelihood, and unity.
