Jammu December 2,2025: Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed the progress of BISAG-N backed e-governance initiatives across Jammu & Kashmir, urging departments to fast-track API integrations, server migrations, and the adoption of new digital platforms to strengthen the Union Territory’s digital infrastructure.
During the meeting, the Chief Secretary emphasised the timely implementation of key e-governance systems to improve transparency, service delivery, and citizen-centric governance. Officials were directed to ensure seamless coordination among departments to achieve the targets set under various digital transformation initiatives in J&K.
The review also highlighted the importance of leveraging BISAG-N technology to enhance workflow efficiency, automate administrative processes, and deliver faster services to the public. The administration reiterated its commitment to making Jammu & Kashmir a digitally empowered UT with robust governance and accessible services for all citizens.
