Reasi hosts blood donation camp with strong youth participation

Reasi, April 4, 2026- A blood donation camp was successfully organized at District Hospital Reasi through a collaborative effort between the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the hospital administration, witnessing enthusiastic participation from local youth.

More than 50 volunteers donated blood during the camp, highlighting a strong sense of community responsibility and awareness about the importance of timely medical support. The initiative aimed to strengthen blood reserves and ensure availability during emergencies such as road accidents, surgeries, and critical health conditions.

Doctors and medical staff at the hospital appreciated the efforts of the donors, stating that such camps play a vital role in saving lives and supporting healthcare systems, especially in times of urgent need. Participants expressed their willingness to contribute regularly, emphasizing that a small act like blood donation can make a significant difference.
