‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ is a good platform, feel students in Kashmir. Every time when exams are approaching, we students tend to take a lot of stress. We literally lose our sleep over it and our body and mind gets affected. As a result, we are unable to perform to our optimum best. So Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s initiative ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025’ for the student community is a wonderful gift to the students in India. And we are very excited to derive the benefits of this initiative, said students in Kashmir. We belong to Reasi in Jammu and Kashmir, said a girl student. We are learning a lot how to stay stress-free during exams. Some students don’t clear exams by a few numbers and stay depressed. And our food intake should be healthy. We should focus on these basic aspects correcting our sleep routine, staying happy and stress-free and eating healthy to overcome anxiety and stress factor created during examinations.
