Pilgrim hails excellent Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra facilities

Banihal, July 13,2026- A devotee undertaking the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra for the third consecutive year has praised the Jammu and Kashmir Administration for the improved arrangements, describing this year’s pilgrimage as one of the most comfortable and well-organised experiences.

Speaking at Banihal, the pilgrim expressed satisfaction with the facilities provided for yatris, saying, “Everything from food and security to accommodation is wonderfully managed.” She appreciated the efforts made by the administration to ensure that devotees can undertake the sacred pilgrimage with ease, safety, and comfort.

The pilgrim noted that the quality of services has consistently improved over the years, with well-organised langars, clean accommodation, efficient medical assistance, and robust security arrangements contributing to a hassle-free journey. She also commended the hospitality of volunteers and officials deployed along the Yatra route.

The Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra continues under extensive security and administrative measures, with authorities ensuring round-the-clock medical care, sanitation services, traffic management, emergency response teams, and pilgrim assistance centres at key transit locations. These coordinated efforts have enabled thousands of devotees from across the country to undertake the annual pilgrimage smoothly.
