Jammu and Kashmir’s Chief Secretary, Atal Duloo, officially inaugurated the second edition of a remarkable cycling race that spans from Srinagar to Kanyakumari. One significant event on the horizon is the Kashmir Marathon, scheduled for October 20, which aims to draw approximately 2,000 participants.
