On the second day of his J&K visit, Amit Shah the Union Home Minister was in Rajouri Kashmir addressing a huge rally. Shah Nawab Malik, a local Pahadi from Rajouri said it was a big programme for Rajouri.
People from different communities had come to listen to the Home Minister Amit Shah. Mohd Idrees, a Pahadi community person from Shopian said that the announcement of ST reservation for the Pahadi community is heartening.
The announcement has brought joy in the local communities of Rajouri. Mohd Lateef Khan, another Pahadi member from Shopian expressed his thanks to the government and said the announcement has made everyone happy.
