Srinagar, December 15,2025-The night chill continued across the Kashmir Valley, with temperatures fluctuating in several districts, maintaining cold conditions during the late evening and early morning hours.
According to weather officials, minimum temperatures remained below seasonal averages at many places, leading to cold nights, particularly in higher reaches and low-lying areas. Srinagar and other parts of the Valley witnessed chilly conditions, prompting residents to rely on additional heating and warm clothing.
Meteorological authorities said that while day temperatures have shown slight variations, the overall cold trend during nights is expected to persist. The fluctuating temperatures have also resulted in light frost in some areas, affecting daily routines.
People have been advised to take precautions, especially during night and early morning hours, as the cold conditions continue to grip the region.
The prevailing weather pattern highlights the onset of typical winter conditions in the Kashmir Valley, with residents preparing for colder days ahead.
