Nano Urea First Used in J&K I Transforming Agriculture & Health in India | LG Manoj Sinha Today, it would be appropriate to say that great success has been achieved in nanotechnology applications in many technology sectors and industrial sectors, and in bringing remarkable improvement and revolutionary changes in these areas, said the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha. Today our country ranks second in the world in terms of transforming nano research into commercial applications. Today, India is leading the world in the field of nano agro inputs and nano fertilizers. IFFCO was the first to manufacture Nano Urea in India. And in the whole country, nano urea was first used in Jammu and Kashmir. Today we are guiding the entire country in sustainable farming practices. Urea and Nano have also reduced their environmental impact to a great extent.And it has made a huge contribution in securing food security. Even in the health sector, nanotechnology has given birth to nano eye drops, which are available across the country today, LG added speaking at Kashmir University.
