Mystical Legend of Rudraksha: The Sacred Tears of Lord Shiva and Their Significance for People

During Shri Amarnathji Yatra, I have been putting up a stall selling Rudraksha from Nepal at Nunwan base camp since 2008. We provide the lowest to the most expensive Rudraksha, said the Rudraksha seller. We provide whatever is the requirement of the customer. The Amarnath tourists keep in touch after visiting here and get their Rudraksha also through courier, the seller informed. We give them genuine Rudraksha. These Rudraksha come from Nepal. Bhagwan Bholenath had done a tandav dance with Mata Sati. The legend about Rudraksha is that they are the tears of Lord Shiva. The tears became a seed and grew into a tree, which came to be known as the Rudraksha tree. The seeds of this tree were bestowed special powers by Lord Shiva, which can assist us in our spiritual evolution. The Rudraksha tree originated from the tears that fell from his eyes. The Rudraksha tree in Nepal is the original tree. Rudraksha of Nepal is considered the most sacred Rudraksha in Hinduism. Where the name of Bholenath comes, the name of Rudraksha will surely come, the seller informed. Mostly the yatris are not aware about Rudraksha. We explain to them about the history of Rudraksha. We give them information about the various types of Rudraksha and their purpose in our lives. Each Rudraksh has its own purpose. When they are satisfied then they make a purchase. For example, Do Mukhi Rudraksha is for ladies. Teen Mukhi Rudraksh is for children to help them gain in studies. Chaar Mukhi Rudraksha is for the sick. Panch Mukhi Rudraksha is for home peace and mental peace. Six Mukhi Rudraksha is actually a form of Shiva family. Devotees have different demands and choices, the Rudraksha seller explained. It is only after getting satisfied do they take away Rudraksha, the seller said. They generally purchase before the darshan and after having darshan of Bhole Baba with the Rudraksha, they wear the Rudraksha around their neck.
