Liquid Nano Urea will increase nutrition capacity and reduce pollution: LG at farmers conference

The biggest challenge is to maintain the farm health and it will be possible only when we take a step towards sustainable agriculture, said the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir Shri Manoj Sinha while addressing Farmers Conference on Promotion of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) Nano Urea on November 22, 2022. The goal of this conference is to introduce liquid nano urea to the farmers. How to make the produce of the earth profuse without any scarcity and how to pave the way for future growth. When we talk about produce and environment, then we think about fertilisers. Among fertilisers, urea occupies the top place. Without urea, we cannot imagine agriculture in today’s era. But this is also the truth that urea is responsible for two-thirds of the carbon footprint in our environment. That is why taking inspiration from Prime Minister’s Atma Nirbhar Bharat and Atma Nirbhar Krishi, Indian scientists and engineers have developed the liquid nano urea. It is going to be a boon for the modern era. It will reduce pollution, reduce the need by half and increase the nutrition capacity. A half liquid nano urea bottle is equivalent to one bag of nano urea, said the Lieutenant Governor addressing the farmers.
