JAMMU, DECEMBER 9: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha released the third edition of “Kartavya Marg,” the annual in-house magazine of the Shri Kailakh Jyotish and Vedic Sansthan Trust, at Raj Bhawan.
Congratulating the editor and contributors, the Lieutenant Governor lauded the efforts of the Trust in promoting Sanskrit and setting high standards for research into the region’s ancient knowledge systems. He also extended his best wishes to everyone involved in the publication.
In his address, Shri Sinha emphasized that the future of Jammu and Kashmir will be shaped by its youth, and affirmed that all arms of the government are committed to empowering them. “We must provide our youth with the support, guidance, and resources they need to realize their dreams. It is essential to enhance their intellectual capacity and enrich their personalities with values such as courage, compassion, sacrifice, and selfless service,” he said.
The latest edition of “Kartavya Marg,” edited by Mahant Rohit Shastri, President of the Shri Kailakh Jyotish and Vedic Sansthan Trust, features a collection of research-based articles written by esteemed Sanskrit scholars as well as young researchers.
