Jammu, April 24, 2025: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha, paid solemn tributes to Havildar Jhantu Ali Shaikh, an Indian Army soldier who laid down his life during an anti-terror operation in Udhampur.
