Srinagar, 25 September,2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed his pleasure in participating in the launch of ATL Sarthi , conducted in collaboration with the University of Kashmir. The initiative aims to connect every Atal Tinkering Lab to a broader ecosystem of guidance, mentorship, and innovation support.
Speaking on the occasion, LG Manoj Sinha highlighted that Jammu and Kashmir’s innovation ecosystem is steadily transforming at the school level, with Atal Tinkering Labs serving as key platforms for nurturing creativity, scientific temper, and problem-solving skills among students.
Districts including Jammu, Udhampur, Rajouri, Kulgam, Shopian, and Srinagar are witnessing a significant rise in student-led innovation, equipping young minds with future-ready skills and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and scientific inquiry.
The ATL Sarthi initiative is expected to further strengthen the mentorship network, providing students with hands-on guidance, resources, and opportunities to transform innovative ideas into practical solutions, in line with LG Manoj Sinha’s vision for a knowledge-driven J&K.
