Srinagar, 22 September,2025: On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people, praying for peace, prosperity, happiness, and good health for all.
Quoting the sacred verse “ॐ सर्व मंगल मांगल्ये शिवे सर्वार्थ साधिके। शरण्ये त्र्यंबके गौरी नारायणी नमोस्तुते॥”, the Lieutenant Governor invoked the blessings of the Divine Mother for universal welfare. He expressed hope that the festival of Navratri will bring joy, harmony, and spiritual strength to every household in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Adishakti Maa fulfills the aspirations of devotees and blesses all with success, prosperity, and well-being. May this sacred festival inspire us to follow the path of righteousness and collective progress,” LG Manoj Sinha said in his message.
The Lieutenant Governor also called upon people to celebrate Navratri with devotion and unity, underlining that the festival symbolises the victory of good over evil and the eternal power of Shakti.
