Srinagar, August 3,2026- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the launch of the book ‘Sharda to Sansad’ authored by Dr. A.H. Shah, describing it as a significant contribution that connects India’s rich civilizational heritage with the values and principles of its democratic framework.
Speaking at the event, the Lieutenant Governor said the book successfully bridges the legacy of the ancient Sharda civilization with the functioning of modern parliamentary democracy.
