LG Manoj Sinha at Shrine Board & Gurukul Event

During the Foundation Day celebration of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and the Annual Day of SMVD Gurukul at Katra, J&K LG Shri Manoj Sinha delivered a significant address.
