- Division Level: District winners will advance to the divisional level, where a committee including the Joint Director Information, Director School Education, and a Cultural Department representative (not below the rank of Additional Secretary) will select the final winners under the supervision of the Divisional Commissioner.
- Prizes: The top performers at the divisional level will receive cash prizes and the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at divisional Independence Day events.
