Youth are participating in the Tiranga Rally and Har Ghar Tiranga campaign in Jammu & Kashmir. In many places rallies were held and national anthem singing competitions were held, officials said. Programmes are being held in Pulwama, Awantipora, Tral, and outer areas like Sangerwani. Youth and the citizens are participating on their own. We are going to celebrate completion of our 76th year of Independence on August 15, 2023. Every Indian is dreaming for a new India. Every Indian is dreaming that no one should die of poverty. No one should die due to hunger. Every youth of India should get opportunity and every youth of India should get employment, said school students in Jammu & Kashmir. Today there is an echo of Amrit Mahotsav all over the country as 15th August is nearing. Another big campaign is going to start in the country to pay respect to the Martyrs, ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’. Under this, many programmes are being organised across the country in praise of the immortal sacrifices, said the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. On the great occasion of 15th August, I request every citizen of India to pay respect to those martyrs of your country by taking mati in your hand, said J&K citizens. Those martyrs have given us a great gift of freedom to the whole of Hindustan. And because of this gift, today we are proud to say that we are free citizens of a free country. Every department in Jammu & Kashmir is engaged in ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ campaign. Common people are also promoting this campaign in their homes, it is a matter of great happiness. Programmes like these are happening here for the first time. And it should happen, it is a matter of great fortune. Thank you Prime Minister for taking this step, J&K citizens are saying.
