J&K PM Vishwakarma Yojana | ITI Kishtwar Launches Tailoring Training with Stipends, Business Support ITI Kishtwar has started implementing PM Vishwakarma Yojana with the first batch that includes 30 women who will commence tailoring training. They will get stipend and a tool kit, said district administration authorities in Kishtwar. Along with it, they will also get a loan and subsidy facilities. We have requested ITI Kishtwar that after training of these ladies they should be linked with NRLM, UMEED and Self Help Groups so that they can truly run their business in the right way. This is a very good scheme and I would like to request all to come forward in big numbers. Already you have received more than seven thousand applications from different trades at the district level. And in the coming time, we are going to start it on a bigger level. I am very happy to know that our ITI is at second position in the whole of Jammu and Kashmir. I think this is a big thing and a huge achievement, said Kishtwar authorities.
