J&K Pledges to Celebrate Independence Day with Fervour By Hoisting Tricolour, Thinking of Martyrs

Come, let us all celebrate India’s freedom by hoisting the tricolour in the days to come for our 77th Independence Day, said Jammu & Kashmir citizens. I request everyone to join together to celebrate ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ campaign prior to 15th August. Celebrate independence by holding diyas made of mitti or mati from your villages. And remember those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this country. In the coming days, to mark the celebration of independence, hoist the tricolour in your homes. Today we are free because of the supreme efforts of the martyrs, said J&K citizens.
