J&K LG Manoj Sinha’s inspiring speech at KC International School

Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha delivered an inspiring speech at the Annual Day Function of KC International School, held at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium. He congratulated the school’s management, teachers, and students, wishing them continued success. In his address, he urged students to “Dream Big!” and emphasised the importance of self-belief, hard work, focus, and persistence in achieving their goals. He acknowledged the significant role youth play in shaping the future and encouraged them to work together for a fear-free, corruption-free, and development-oriented society. The Lieutenant Governor also highlighted the transformative educational changes in Jammu and Kashmir under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership. He called on teachers to innovate their teaching methods and foster curiosity, creativity, and imagination in the classroom. Stressing the importance of mentorship, he explained that education should go beyond delivering information, nurturing students’ problem-solving and lifelong learning skills. He inspired the youth to help reclaim India’s position as a global leader in education, drawing on the country’s rich historical legacy of learning institutions like Nalanda, Takshashila, and Vikramshila. He advocated for a balance between scientific knowledge and value-based education, nurturing new ideas and innovation. LG Shri Manoj Sinha recognised meritorious students and praised KC International School for its contribution to building knowledge and human capital in the region, hoping it would continue to inspire future generations.
