Katra,14 October 2025-Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha visited the holy Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji Shrine in Reasi district today, where he offered prayers and sought the blessings of the Divine Mother for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of all in Jammu and Kashmir.
With deep reverence, the Lt Governor participated in the traditional rituals at the sanctum and prayed for harmony and happiness across the Union Territory. He was accompanied by senior officials of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board , who briefed him about the ongoing arrangements and facilities for the pilgrims.
Expressing appreciation for the Shrine Board’s dedicated service, LG Sinha commended their efforts to ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually fulfilling experience for devotees visiting the revered shrine. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to continually upgrading pilgrimage infrastructure and promoting religious tourism in the region.
