Jammu, October 14, 2025:Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha shared his speech delivered at the 45th Foundation Day of the School for Hearing Impaired, run by J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra. The event celebrated decades of dedicated service toward the empowerment and education of children with hearing disabilities.
In his address, the Lt Governor commended the efforts of J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra for its sustained commitment to inclusive education and social welfare, ensuring that children with special needs receive equal opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to society.
LG Sinha emphasised the importance of compassion, accessibility, and community support in building an inclusive Jammu and Kashmir where every individual, regardless of ability, can achieve their potential. He reiterated the administration’s focus on promoting inclusive growth and social empowerment across the Union Territory.
