Jammu, November 26,2025 – The Cluster University of Jammu recently hosted ‘Yuvtarang’, a vibrant cultural and literary festival celebrating the creativity, energy, and innovative spirit of the youth. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the event and addressed the gathering, highlighting the critical role of young minds in shaping the nation’s future.
LG Sinha urged the youth to develop new values, work with dedication and commitment, and not only shape their own destinies but also contribute to creating a better and developed society.
