J&K: GMC Handwara Students PLAYFUL Holi Celebration Is A MUST SEE. Students of Government Medical College Handwara in Jammu & Kashmir celebrated Holi with great fervour. The colour of festival was celebrated in true spirit and brotherhood. We are from Rajasthan, Jammu and away from our homes, said students of GMC Handwara, but we are here together as student community and we played Holi together. It felt nice and Kashmiri people also wished us. Had it not been their Ramzan period, they would surely have joined us in our Holi celebration, said one student. We are feeling safe and happy, said another student.
