J&K: Doda Govt Intensifies Efforts to Eradicate Tuberculosis, 25 Patients Declared TB-Free. Doda Government in Jammu & Kashmir has intensified efforts to eradicate Tuberculosis in the region. This year new Tuberculosis patients diagnosed are 65 in numbers, informed one official. While 25 patients have been declared TB free. The District Health has set up an advanced machine because of which sampling has increased. It also helps in diagnosis of cases. No case is going unreported, claimed officials. A war has been waged to eradicate TB from its roots in Doda. For nutrition, ration was supplied to 34 patients from Red Cross. The Doda District Health Society along with Red Cross is helping in the national TB eradication programme. The district govt is making efforts to eliminate TB from Doda.
