Srinagar, January 6,2026- The JK Bank Heart Clinic on Wheels, implemented by the Umeed Foundation in association with the Moul Mouj Foundation, organised a free medical camp at Palpora on Sunday in collaboration with Chinar International, benefiting more than 150 patients.
The medical camp offered free consultations, medicines, and on-the-spot diagnostic tests to residents, with a special focus on cardiovascular health and early detection of heart-related ailments. Qualified doctors and healthcare professionals examined patients and provided medical advice along with necessary medications.
Organisers said the initiative aims to improve access to quality healthcare, particularly in underserved areas, by bringing essential medical services directly to the community. Patients expressed appreciation for the timely support and comprehensive healthcare facilities provided during the camp.
Representatives from the organising foundations said such outreach programmes would continue in other localities to promote preventive healthcare and raise awareness about heart health among the public.
