Indian Army Destroys 9 Terror Camps in Pakistan, Honours Pahalgam Victims Thru Action Operation Sindoor was launched to provide justice to innocent tourists and their families who were victims of the violent terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley of Pahalgam on 22 April, briefed Lieutenant Colonel Sofia Qureshi. . In this operation, nine terrorist camps were targeted and completely destroyed. Terror infrastructure has been built in Pakistan for the last three decades. This includes recruitment, indoctrination centres, training areas and launch pads which are spread in both Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Firstly, the Sawa Nalla camp, which is 30 km from the Line of Control in PoJK, was a training centre of Lashkar-e-Taiba. The terrorists involved in October 20, 2024 Sonamarg, 24th October 2024 Gulmarg and 22 April 2025 Pahalgam attacks received their training from here.
