Ganderbal, April 25,2026- District Ganderbal organized a vibrant cyclothon under the #NashaMuktAbhiyan (100-Day Campaign) to promote fitness and raise awareness about a drug-free lifestyle among youth.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 100 students representing 15 schools, reflecting a strong collective commitment towards building a healthier and addiction-free society.
The cyclothon aimed to encourage young minds to adopt active lifestyles, stay away from substance abuse, and become ambassadors of positive change within their communities. Participants cycled through designated routes, spreading the message of “Say No to Drugs” and highlighting the importance of physical fitness.
Officials and organizers emphasized that such initiatives play a crucial role in engaging youth constructively while reinforcing the objectives of the nationwide anti-drug campaign. They also lauded the students for their energy and dedication towards promoting a social cause.
The event concluded with a renewed pledge from participants to support the vision of a drug-free Jammu and Kashmir, aligning with ongoing efforts to combat substance abuse and build a healthier future.
