Talwara, March 17,2026- Manoj Sinha reviewed the Passing Out Parade of newly inducted constables of the Jammu and Kashmir Police at the Subsidiary Training Centre (STC) Talwara, reaffirming confidence in the force’s role in ensuring peace and security across the Union Territory.
Addressing the समारोह, the Lieutenant Governor congratulated the graduating constables and expressed pride in their dedication, discipline, and commitment. He stated that Jammu and Kashmir’s future rests in secure hands, with these young recruits ready to shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the region.
Extending his best wishes to the “bravehearts,” the LG said he hopes success and glory accompany them in their journey of service. He emphasized that the passing out parade marks not just the completion of training, but the beginning of a life devoted to duty, integrity, and public service.
Highlighting the crucial role of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, Manoj Sinha noted that the force has been instrumental in forging a terror-free and crime-free Union Territory, where citizens can live without fear or insecurity.
