We are coming to Amarnath pilgrimage for the first time. We have reached Chandanwadi. And now we have just started on the holy yatra, said a pilgrim couple. Earlier I used to watch Amarnath yatra on YouTube. This time I asked Bhole Nath to tell the Amarnath Katha to me and he did that to me in the car, expressed a female pilgrim. A group of pilgrims from Jaipur said the temperature back home was 40-45 degrees. But here, the temperature is cool. The circumstances are completely opposite. This reflects the diversity of our country. The weather is completely different in one place compared to another. It feels really good to be here; it was quite hot where we came from, so this feels great. This time, the government is providing excellent facilities, and the Indian Army is extending significant cooperation. There are many devotees here, as well as people organizing ‘langar’ and cooperating with one another, a male devotee added. The cooperation from the local government is also good; Hindus and Muslims are brothers and will live together. And there are no issues here; I’m really enjoying it. It is not possible here without the people of Kashmir and the Indian Army. The government has made excellent arrangements here, and we didn’t face any issues; this is my first time visiting this place.
