Doda, October 28,2025 — The Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 was observed at the DC Office Doda under the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.” The event aimed to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across all levels of governance.
Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh , led the observance and administered the integrity pledge to officers and staff, urging them to uphold the highest standards of honesty and public service.
In his address, DC Harvinder Singh emphasised that vigilance is not the sole responsibility of government institutions but a collective societal duty. He called for active citizen participation in fostering a transparent system rooted in integrity, fairness, and zero tolerance for corruption.
Officials and employees reaffirmed their commitment to ethical governance, while awareness activities and discussions highlighted the importance of preventive vigilance and adherence to moral values in public administration.
The observance concluded with a message to continue working towards a corruption-free and accountable administration in Doda district.
