Srinagar , December 13,2025: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today attended the Valedictory Ceremony of the SKIMS Annual Festival Week, held at the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS). The event marked the successful conclusion of a week-long celebration showcasing academic excellence, medical innovation, and cultural activities.
During the ceremony, the Lieutenant Governor felicitated doctors, nursing staff, and employees of SKIMS for their outstanding service and commitment to healthcare.
