Pulwama, December 3: In observance of the ‘International Day of persons with Disabilities,’ the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Pulwama, in collaboration with the District Social Welfare Office Pulwama, organized a special cricket match at the Sports Stadium Pulwama. The event aimed to raise awareness and celebrate the abilities of specially-abled individuals.
The event was chaired by Naseer Ahmad Dar, Chairman of DLSA Pulwama (Principal District & Sessions Judge), and was supervised by Mudasir Farooq, Secretary DLSA Pulwama.
During the event, Secretary DLSA Pulwama delivered a special address on the significance of the day and inaugurated the cricket match, which featured specially-abled participants. In his concluding remarks, Mudasir Farooq reaffirmed DLSA Pulwama’s commitment to providing continued support and assistance to persons with disabilities.
Additionally, a Panel Lawyer from DLSA Pulwama provided valuable insights into the objectives and importance of the ‘International Day of persons with Disabilities.’
