Deputy chief minister reviews progress on Capex Works in Nowshera, stresses timely completion and efficient public service delivery

NOWSHERA (RAJOURI), JANUARY 19: Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Chowdhary, chaired a detailed review meeting to assess the progress of ongoing projects under the District Capex Budget in Nowshera.

The meeting was attended by ADC Nowshera, Babu Ram Tandon, ACD Vijay Verma, and other senior district and sectoral officers.

During the session, the Deputy Chief Minister issued clear directives to accelerate the completion of ongoing development works while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. He highlighted the importance of completing projects on schedule to meet public expectations and enhance the district’s infrastructure.

Emphasizing the need for responsive governance, Chowdhary instructed officials to address public grievances promptly and directly at the grassroots level. He also called for the effective implementation of the Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), ensuring transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery for the public.

The Deputy Chief Minister urged officers to maintain a proactive stance in resolving community issues and to ensure effective coordination across departments for smooth and efficient project execution.

“Timely and quality project completion, along with seamless public service delivery, are essential for the development of Nowshera,” Chowdhary concluded.
